Title : Process Engineer I
Location : Richmond, VA | Norfolk, VA | Virginia Beach, VA
Essential duties to include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for applying process design, mapping, quality assurance tools and project management to define process capabilities, assumptions and project plan tasks.
Gathers information on existing processes.
Performs analysis on current capabilities versus desired capabilities.
Interviews associates to document workflow.
Facilitates process design meetings. Tests processes, document and communicate results.
Creates and executes implementation plans for new processes.
Applies mapping and streamlining techniques to implement/improve processes.
Performs quality control/quality assurance tasks.
Minimum Required Skills:
Requires an AA/AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 1 year personal computer, networking, telecommunications or configuration experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Green Belt Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
Experience working with a on-site team or virtual team troubleshooting business solutions/application/system issues.
Experience with portfolio/project management software strongly preferred.
Experience with Facets, Pega, and Medicare/Medicaid Claims Management
